2011 Team Championship Results
 
The United States Senior Challenge Team Championship concluded September 22, 2011, at the outstanding Pleasant Valley Country Club in Little Rock, Arkansas. Three days of great play by 60 Team golfers in perfect weather conditions of 83 degrees
and very little humidity or wind had the golfers singing the praises of Pleasant Valley Country Club.
 
The medalist was John Grace, Fort Worth, Texas with a score of 142, 2 under par. Arkansas was the Team winner with a score of 657, besting Indiana at 658. The Arkansas team included Captain Bev Hargraves of Helena, Bubba Klugh of Little Rock and the Lee Brothers, Stan and Louis of Heber Springs, Arkansas. Defending champions Texas finished third.
 
2011 Individual Championship Results
 
The 23rd United States Senior Challenge Individual Tournament concluded in extremely hot and humid weather in Bowling Green Kentucky. The Club at Olde Stone hosted this prestigious senior event and some might say the golf course was the winner. Bill Zylstra of Michigan, the number one ranked senior amateur in the U.S., prevailed with a six shot (222) win over Emile Vaughan of Alabama.
 
In the super-senior division, long time participant Joe Cantrell of Kentucky won with a score of 228, besting Lynn Martin of Ohio who finished at 230.
